How do I use the Travel Risk Assessment?

Discover the two ways to produce a Travel Risk Assesment - with an existing PNR or by manually adding flight details.

The Travel Risk Assessment (TRA) can be used to produce a PDF risk report for your client's itinerary. It's faster if you have an existing PNR, but if not, you can enter each flight's details manually and get the same result.

Generate a TRA Download from a PNR

  1. Go to the Travel Risk Assessment page
  2. Copy and paste the text of your PNR from your GDS into the TRA text box

  3. Review the results. If you're not happy, search again.
  4. Deselect any sections you want to exclude from the PDF Download. (All information is included in any download by default.)

  6. Click Confirm to start the download. Be patient as it can take 20 seconds or more for longer itineraries or if you have a slow link.
